Thanks, we checked the settings and found that CM Tooltip must be checked in the Author Settings so that the box you were referring to will show on the back end.

We made sure that the author in the backend is already switched to the Technical Department under PublishPress Authors.

But the author still shows my name in the front end and in the glossary.
