Last question…
I’d like a unique url for each image once the next or previous button is clicked to go to the next image. It does this when I choose the imagebrowser-caption.php template but then the gallery positioning switches back to the top of the page. Is there anyway to have the two work at the same time?

My issue wasn’t with permalinks. It turned out to be a theme issue.
The images are loaded to my new server. They still aren’t showing. Any other ideas?
