Any updates on this? I’m having a similar issue (ariel-lim.com/contact). Not the same but similar.
I have separate software that takes care of sending emails for me. My CF7 mail settings have only one –> A notification email (mail 1), sent to me. I’m not using it to send a confirmation email (mail 2).
Bottom line: CF7 showing errors saying it can’t submit the form, but forms are being captured. I can confirm submissions are pushing thru because flamingo and my other software is capturing the data.
