For example I have a color attribute and I choose blue – yet all products get returned. * Attempted using latest version of plugins: * Woocommerce: Version 2.6.3 Yith AJAX Navigation: Version 3.0.6 Salient theme latest version from: 17 June 2016 ([https://themeforest.net/item/salient-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4363266](https://themeforest.net/item/salient-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4363266)) * Visiting store URLs directly with filter parameters seems to return all products as well. ?filter_color=blue * BUT – if I switch to the Twentysixteen theme the filtering does work correctly. * So in my scenario it must be due to the theme ([https://themeforest.net/item/salient-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4363266](https://themeforest.net/item/salient-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4363266)). * I tried the fixes mentioned in this thread without success. After setting all the permissions, and checking / saving / unchecking the profile setting for “Disable Visual Editor” it is now working! * So I’m not sure what specifically was the “fix” but it is now working. * So steps that were taken: - Disabled all plugins - Switched to core default theme - Deleted and manually replaced all core WordPress files with a fresh download - Set permissions to 777 for wp-includes/ and wp-admin/ (which I’ll be attempting to make more secure now.) - Checking / saving / unchecking / saving the “Disable Visual Editor” option on profile settings. * Nothing appeared to change until the permissions were adjusted. But I imagine other functionality gets broken – haven’t fully tested it yet. * The theme being used is ‘Advocate’ from themeforest. [http://themeforest.net/item/advocate-a-nonprofit-wordpress-theme/2537016](http://themeforest.net/item/advocate-a-nonprofit-wordpress-theme/2537016) * I did open a ticket with the theme authors but they do not support 3rd party plugins.
