i already got it! all i need is to rest 🙂
i made a mess in displaying content that’s why contact form 7 wont work.
my bad 😐

i already enabled the plugin in sub site. i used network activate. but still it wont work.. i tried to reinstall it… still no luck..
any other idea ? thanks for your reply 🙂
