Hi Sandip,
You’re a true hero!!!!
I deactivated all the plugins except User registration, then e-mails got delivered in HTML again! Then I enabled per plugin and tested e-mails, until I enabled Learnpress, then the e-mails switched to plain text.
Then I checked the settings from Learnpress and found the option, simply switched it to HTML and the problem is solved! So happy! 🙂Perfect, thank you Sandip!
By the way: I’ve send the registration e-mail to several mailboxes to be sure my Outlook isn’t the problem, and the e-mail got delivered the same way, so it’s really the way the e-mails are send out.
Hi Sandip,
Thanks for your answer, and the perfect video showing how to do it.And as a matter of fact this is exactly how I’m designing the e-mails. So I think that’s not the cause. They’re still delivered like plain text e-mails.

E-mail design text: https://i.postimg.cc/Twf4mL1z/tekst.png

Do you have another idea?
Thanks in advance, and kind regards!
Bart
Further information:
– plugin version 2.0.3
– WordPress version 5.8.1Tried to disable the plugin, and activate again. Problems persists.
Then I tried uninstalling the plugin, and afterwards reinstalling again. The same error appears; mails are being send in plain-text instead of HTML
