Hi, thanks for your update. I have tried to import the same product since, but I get the message ‘PHP max_input_vars is too low, please increase it in php.ini’.
Since I don’t have access to ‘php.ini’, I have tried to edit ‘max_input_vars’ in’ .htaccess’ and ‘wp-config.php’ but it still gives the same message.
Do I need to contact my hosting provider?Hi, thank you for your reply.
Unfortunately I am not able to change my php.ini file. So I hope this issue gets fixed soon.
