 * Simply updating the plugin does not work. Confirming [@bartheimenberg](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bartheimenberg/)
   solution where fully uninstalling then reinstalling works.
 * I am still coming across one issue:
 * Going to /wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailjet_settings_page always shows that the
   account is **not** connected. If I connect it everything looks fine. For example,
   I see the mailjet dashboard with buttons to manage campaigns, contacts, and view
   statistics.
 * If I navigate to a different page then go back it looks like its not connected
   again showing the Api/secret key in the text fields and connect your account
   button. It seems like its actually still connected though because if I directly
   access the dashboard page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=mailjet_dashboard_page) I
   can still see the statistics.

 * [@rizaardiyanto](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rizaardiyanto/) Thank you
   so much for the fast response and excellent communication. I updated all the
   sites I had this plugin on and they all seem to be functioning as expected.
 * Thanks again!!

 * Thank you for the explanation. Just to be clear, using the settings there is
   no way to prevent post creation, publish or draft, if the email from address
   is not a valid user, correct? Is it possible to entirely prevent post creation
   from emails that do not have specific roles via a hook/filter instead?
 * To me, the descriptions in the settings don’t match what I would expect. I think
   it would be helpful to change some of the wordage to “Publish posts” instead
   of just “post” to better describe what the intent of the setting is.
 * For example:
    - Roles That Can Post -> Roles That Can **Publish** Post**s**.
    - This allows you to grant access to other users to post if they have the proper
      access level. Administrators can always post. -> This allows you to grant
      access to other users to **publish** post**s** if they have the proper access
      level. Administrators can always **publish** post**s**. **Other roles will
      still be able to create posts as drafts.**
 * I have sent my log files to [help@postieplugin.com](https://wordpress.org/support/users/bcxdeveloper/replies/help@postieplugin.com?output_format=md).
 * Thank you for your help! This is a very neat plugin!

 * I am having the same issue. When I deactivate the Starter Templates plugin the
   add/edit pages work fine. Issue started after upgrading to 3.5.6. Astra theme
   is 4.5.2. For me deactivating Gravity Forms also resolved the issue. I do not
   believe the issue is with Gravity Forms. I have the same version of GF on several
   sites without Astra & Starter Templates that work fine.
