Thank you for the support ticket, But sorry for the late reply.We are sorry that you didn’t get a response. But we just checked our system and every ticket got a response. We checked our support system and there is no email on your name/username.
Would you please share your name or again send us the same email in our support email, so we can check about the Old ticket too?
We are daily replying to all tickets, so why we should not reply to you?
But it’s possible to mistakes from our side.

Is your problem (_register_controls ) fixed sir?
If not please deactivate & reactive all the plugins one by one and you will get the plugins that creating this issue. Basically, Elementor updated their method _register_controls to -> register_controls and some of the addons didn’t update it, that’s why this error happening.And if your problem is not solved, please let us know.

We checked our system and there is no issue with Live Copy and also Templates Library working well.
Sometimes Templates Library occurs issue due to a database permission issue. In this case, we will recommend you to contact our support team and we will check your debug log to give you a solution ASAP.
Every problem has its own solution, the product is big so it’s possible to get the minor issue and if you will help us to find the issue that would be very helpful for us.Thanks.

Element Pack is heavy because it has more than 250+ features, that’s the matter. But everyone doesn’t require 250+ features.
However, don’t worry about that. We have a great easy solution to make it faster.1. We have a Widget Analytics feature on the plugin dashboard, simply you can deactivate all unused widgets to make it faster.

2. By default our widget loads single CSS & JS files for the individual widget. In this case please use any kind of cache plugin to marge them on single files. But if you don’t want to use the cache plugin and want to load a single file from Element Pack, we also have another great feature for this problem. We have the Assets Manager feature on our plugin to merge all files dynamically to single files. That’s all.
