Thanks for the response Shane but everything worked fine until the past few days. I think I updated my wordpress to the latest version of 4.7.3. I even tried it with the pro version and have the same issue. I would greatly appreciate it if I could email you directly so that I can give you screen shots because it appears that I am not the only one encountering this issue.
