Yes, it’s totally possible that the changes just needed a bit of time to take effect. Sometimes, server adjustments like memory limit increases or clearing caches can take a some time, especially with any caching on the server or within your site itself.

It looks like you’re redirected to a
404error page after completing a purchase, correct?Does this happen with various payment methods on checkout, or only a specific payment method? If you’re unsure, can you please place a test order using a different payment method, like Cash on Delivery, and see if this resolves the issue? This will help us narrow down if the issue is caused by the Payment gateway or something else.
In the meantime, can you navigate to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Page setup tab, and share a clear screenshot of the “Checkout endpoints” area:

If you don’t already have a screenshot tool installed, Snipboard.io can be used for easily sharing screenshots. Please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in your reply here.

Thanks for the update! I’ve tried to take a closer look at the site, but it looks like it’s currently in maintenance mode:

Can you try using a different payment option on checkout, like Cash on Delivery, and see if this resolves the issue? This will help us narrow down if the issue is specific to the payment gateway being used.
Also, can you check for any browser console errors when the redirect pops up? You can read more about using your browser console to identify errors here.

I understand that you’ve already disabled all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Shipping and Tax, however it’s possible that there may be a theme conflict happening here.
Since the PHP version has been updated, can you try running through a full conflict test and see if this resolves the issue? This involves temporarily switching to a default theme, like Storefront, and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce and WooCommerce Shipping and Tax.

We recommend using the free Health Check plugin which allows you to change the theme while still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site or making direct changes to your live site.
If that makes no difference, a fresh install may be helpful here. Can you try deleting WooCommerce, downloading a fresh copy here, and then installing that to see if it makes any difference?
We always recommend ensuring that you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.
Just to add – deleting the WooCommerce plugin will not affect your WooCommerce data in any way, all orders, customers, etc will still be there once WooCommerce has been reinstalled.

It looks like you’ve followed all the correct steps outlined here, and the notice is still being displayed:
Checking the SSR, there are 2 things standing out which may be contributing to the issue:
WP Version: ❌ 6.5.2 - There is a newer version of WordPress available (6.6.2)It looks like WordPress is not yet updated to the latest available version. Can you please update this since plugins like the WooCommerce Stripe Payment Gateway are typically tested with the most recent version of WordPress. Staying up to date is also highly recommended for security, performance, and overall functionality of your site.
WC Version: 9.3.3
WC Database Version: 8.8.5Additionally, I’m able to see that the sites WooCommerce Database version is outdated and doesn’t match the WooCommerce core version. A mismatch can lead to odd behavior like this.
I’d suggest updating your WooCommerce Database to see if that resolves the issue. This can be done via WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Update database.
We always recommend ensuring that you have a good backup of your full site and database before doing this, so that, should something go wrong, you are able to easily restore your site to a functioning state.

Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce: by ThemeHighIt looks like you’re currently using the Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce plugin. Since this directly targets the Checkout page, can you see if temporarily disabling this resolves the issue with the error message not being displayed for logged-out users that exist in the database?
enfold-child/woocommerce/checkout/thankyou.php version 3.7.0 is out of date. The core version is 8.1.0With regard to the new issue that’s popped up successful payments not being redirected to the “Thank You” page, it seems like your current theme overrides this template, and is currently outdated.
It’s recommended to keep your templates updated to avoid conflicting behavior. Can you try updating your outdated templates and see if this makes any difference? You can read more about how to update outdated templates here:
Once that’s done, please remember to clear all site and browser cache.
If both issues are still present, I’d suggest a full conflict test at this point, to see if there are any theme/plugin conflicts happening here. You can read more about how to test for conflicts, here:

Since this relates to a premium extension, WooCommerce Bookings, you’ll need to contact us directly via WooCommerce.com → My Account → Support. You may need to log in to the account used to purchase the extension, before you’re able to access that page.

It sounds like the Checkout page should be showing a calculated shipping cost at checkout, but now, instead of displaying the correct shipping fee, it’s showing Free shipping instead. Is this right?
Do you recall any recent changes made to the shipping settings, or site in general, before this issue first popped up?
Can you please share a screenshot of the the WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Shipping zones page, as well as the Shipping settings page.
Also, if you have any Shipping Classes under WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Classes, please share a screenshot of these, along with a screenshot of the shipping class settings for these products on the Product edit page → Product data section:
