Glad to hear that this has been sorted! 😃
(Could I please ask you to remove the WooCommerce code report from my previous post, as it contains information and URLs related to my site? Thank you!)

Great question! We recommend using the free Health Check plugin which allows you to change the theme while still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site or making direct changes to your live site.

In reply to: [Meta for WooCommerce] I can’t connect facebook account to woocommerceHey @igorfveloso ,
Thanks for reaching out!
Do you currently have any caching or security plugins active on the site? If so, it’s possible that these may be causing a conflict here. To check, can you try temporarily deactivating these and see if that makes any difference?
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, can you please share the following:
- System Status Report: navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system reportand thenCopy for support. - Fatal Error log: Share a copy of any fatal error log found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs.
Cheers!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Images are very pixelated on product list pageHey @musachi ,
Since blurry product images can be caused by theme styling, it’s possible that the current theme you are using may be causing the issue.
To check, can you try switching to a default theme, such as Storefront, and then head to WooCommerce → Status → Tools → Regenerate shop thumbnails, and click the Regenerate button and see if this resolves the issue?
To prevent testing on your live site, you can use the free Health Check plugin which will allow you to switch themes while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.
Let us know how this goes!

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Edit Product Menus Stacked on one sideHey Khaled,
If I understand correctly, all product editing fields are moved to the right hand side of the Product edit page (except Product Description), and you’re unable to move these back to the center of the page, correct?
If so, do you recall any changes made to the site before first noticing this issue, or has it been an ongoing issue?
Can you please check the page for any console errors, and share those with us here. You can read more about using your browser console to identify errors here.
Additionally, please can you share the following:
- System Status Report: You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system reportand thenCopy for Support. - Fatal Error Log: Please share any fatal error logs (if any) found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs
Cheers,

In reply to: [WooCommerce] emailsHey @penelope323 ,
The
429error usually means “Too Many Requests” and is tied to rate limits. It pops up when a server notices too many requests in a short time and might temporarily block or limit new ones. For emails, one cause of a429error is if the site sends out a lot of emails quickly, the server or email provider might slow them down or block some to prevent overload. It’s likely the third party adjusted the rate limits or set something up to avoid frequent
429errors, which might be why emails are now sending and being received. But if the issue comes back, you might want to try using an alternative SMTP provider that can handle high email volume to help avoid this kind of rate-limiting. MailPoet is one good option.Hope this helps!

Thanks for reaching out! This behavior is typically caused by the styling of current theme you’re using. Can you try temporarily switching to a default theme, like Storefront, and see if this resolves the issue?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] emailsHey @penelope323 ,
This sounds super frustrating, and I understand the urgency of getting this resolved!
Sometimes, WordPress’ default email function doesn’t always play well with certain server settings, and an SMTP plugin may be required. Since you’ve already tried with WP Mail SMTP, can you try an alternative provider and see if that resolves the issue?
The support guide below provides some suggested providers: Suggested Dedicated SMTP Providers
If that makes no difference, please can you share the following:
- System Status Report: You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system reportand thenCopy for Support. - Fatal Error Log: Please share any fatal error logs (if any) found under WooCommerce → Status → Logs
I’m hoping there may be something in there that could indicate what may be causing this particular issue.
Cheers!
Hey @sarahweb ,
Thanks for reaching out! I’ve tested this on the site URL you’ve provided and I see what you mean, although no errors are being displayed in the console.
Are you currently using any User registration plugins? Also, is this a new issue that crept up? Was the error message previously displayed as expected, or has it always been missing?
Can you please share a copy of the your sites system status report so that we can take a closer look at your sites current environment. You can find this via WooCommerce → Status. Select
Get system reportand thenCopy for Support.Cheers!
