Thanks for the idea. I just checked it and it looks like as if the hoster really set the php to 7.4:

</IfModule>
Site Health info shows the PHP version is 7.0.33. My hosting provider shows me that he’s set the php to 7.4 (see the img below). That’s why I was wondering if there’s anything I should do.
