In reply to: [Simple Membership] Registration Notification Email to AdminHi, unfortunately I have inherited this website from a previous developer. I have asked the client to source the license number, or the email address from where the plugin was purchased from, but they haven’t been able to get them. If they were to purchase the plugin again, would this qualify them for premium support, to finally get this issue resolved?
Thanks

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Registration Notification Email to AdminHello mbrsolution,
I have followed your ‘troubleshooting tips’ and the log file displays all entries apart from any listing email.
This has worked in the past. It’s only recently my client has noticed the problem. Could a plugin update, or the latest WordPress update have caused the issue?
Thanks,

In reply to: [YOP Poll] Incompatible with 4.7, completely breaks site (DO NOT USE)Hello,
I’ve just updated my site to 4.7 and the plugin does not work. The page where the shortcode features just displayed quite a long error list.
Fortunately, I updated a local-based test site (so I can’t provide a link).
Hopefully you will update the plugin to fix the compatibility issue before I update the live site.
Thanks

In reply to: [Yoast Duplicate Post] nasty nag doesn’t go away from dashboardHello Lopo,
I have the same issue with the nag on around 12 sites.
It would be good if you could update the plugin so this no longer displays.
Great plugin by the way.
Thanks,

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Login menu itemHi,
Thanks for all your help. I managed to find the offending code in the header.php file. As you rightly pointed out it had been set as href=”/installer-login”.
Thanks again.

In reply to: [Simple Membership] Login menu itemHello,
Yes the site does use Form Builder Add-on. I’m aware of how to add membership levels and application forms, but this doesn’t answer my question. Maybe I am not being clear enough. The link to the screen shot below, shows the menu button I am talking about. I just want to know how to control where this points to:
http://awesomescreenshot.com/048665s961
I don’t need to know how to create Join us pages, I don’t need to know how to create additional members, or membership pages, I only need to know how to control this menu item. perhaps even disabling it, if it is not possible to change.
Thank you.
