FYI,

I fixed this same issue by updating Phlox Pro Theme to Version 5.3.11.

This is helpful as the above manual fix will be lost the next time this plugin is updated.

I’m not running 2.0.8 and still running into this bug:

If I remove the poll from the first post on the page, then a poll later on in the page will pop-up.
