Kris, if you’re still watching this forum — can you tell me how you set up separate rates for three separate regions? In Woocommerce settings, I only see International and Flat Rate as options, and that only allows two sets of countries. Like you, I need at least three — Canada, US and Rest of World. I also need to use shipping classes, which means Flat Rate alone. Thanks for any advice.
