In reply to: 1 click wordpress core updates no longer there@joyously OK. I’m looking at that now. If my understanding is correct I must check my WP-config file and search for the lines associated with Disable WordPress Auto Updates/Core Updates. If I see the codes indicate “true” for disabling these, make them “false”. Is this correct?

In reply to: 1 click wordpress core updates no longer thereHi @joyously ,
Maybe you can help me more. I manually updated the WordPress core files bringing my site to version 5.0.2. I assumed everything would be fixed, and it will begin auto updating. I realized this was not true when I received notices from other websites saying they upgraded to version 5.0.3. I waited a couple of days to see if the site I have been speaking of here would update. It still hasn’t. I’m not suere where the issue may lie. I did find this article Im just not sure if the information there is valid. Please help if you can.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Contact Form 7] Changing to reCAPTCHA (v3)Hi @buzztone,
Thank you for your respons, but I’m not sure if you understand my issue.I have read that, and I have actually added reCAPTCHA v3 on other websites. This particular issue though involves removing the old (v2) keys to add the v3 keys. When attempting to do this in the “Integration” section of the “Contact” menu in WordPress I get a error that states
“The link you followed has expired. Please try again.”
I am not sure what to do. Currently there is no reCAPTCHA protection on this website, since Contact Form 7 is no longer compatible with v2, and I cannot properly set up v3.
Hi @marcanor ,
I was finally able to update the WordPress core, and this pretty much fixed the issue. I would recommend you still look further into this issue. Other using outdated versions of wordpress may not be getting the latest update of the Yoast Plugin.
Hi @marcanor
This plugin update issue is exclusive to Yoast, all other plugins are receiving updates as normal. That is why I assumed this was simply a compatibility issue with the WordPress version I currently use (4.8.1). If you believe it may be something else please let me know.
I’ve been putting off the manual update of the WordPress core. Once I do that I hope it will resolve this issue. If not I will come back for help.

In reply to: WordPress dashboard no longer showing updatesI have a similar issue. All my plugins update when they should, but WordPress core updates, are no longer pushed to me. Because of this I am currently using an outdated version of the WordPress core (4.8.1). The only way I can update, would be to manually update, and although this is possible, it is not as simple as the one click update. I would obviously like to do the simpler, and safer update. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know.

In reply to: [WC Multiple Email Recipients] Plugin only works for some email addressesHi @arothafel
Were you able to find a solution or another plugin. I’m looking into adding this or something similar, but I don’t want to waste my time with it, if its not functioning properly, with no support.Forum: Fixing WordPress
In reply to: 1 click wordpress core updates no longer thereHello @joyously. I do know how to manually update wordpress. It is just much easier to do with the 1 click update option. It would be great to have this option again. I will continue to seek a solution.
@devnihil I am in fact using version 4.8. We will be updating to 4.9.xxx soon, but the update on your end will be great until then. Thanks.
Hello, I am having this same issue, but I do not use WPML. Does anyone have any idea what the cause may be? The issue started around the same time as everyone else began having issues. Will there be an update to Yoast soon that will fix this. It isn’t imperative to the operation of my business, but Yoast is a nice feature when it is working properly.
