    Hello @doublezed2,

Thank you for your careful investigation.
I understand that there is a problem with communication between Square.
I will contact the server company to check the situation.

I will get back to you once I have an answer.
    Thank you.

I tested it in a sandbox environment.
In conclusion, an error occurred with all the test cards and the log “3D Secure Verification Token is missing” was left.

After the test, the WooCommerce plugin was updated, so I updated it from 9.8.1 to 9.8.2 and tested it again in the sandbox environment, but the result did not change.
The cards tested in the sandbox were those described on the following site.
    https://developer.squareup.com/docs/devtools/sandbox/payments
I should have set it to a minimal environment, so what should I do?

Thank you for your advice, @steve301.
The address field on the checkout page is still enabled (I have not changed it from the default).
I had disabled the shipping address on the cart page, so I enabled it and tested it, but it did not change.
Settings → Shipping → Shipping Settings → Enable Shipping Calculator on Shopping Cart Page: Changed the check from OFF to ON and retested.

    Thank you for your reply.
I haven’t had time to test it in the sandbox environment yet.

As for the credit card (VISA) I used, I performed the following test.

    1. In the Square Dashboard, I created a web embed sales button for the product that is linked using WooCmmerce Square.
      Home→More tools→PayMent links→Add button to website→Sell an item
    2. Paste the custom html you created into a static page in WordPress
    3. Use this button to purchase with the same credit card that is failing the payment
    4. Authentication with 3D Secure (a one-time code was sent by email in this case) was performed and the payment was completed successfully

It was the same product payment by the same Square, but the payment was completed successfully with Payment Links, so I don’t think there is a problem with this card, but what do you think?

I plan to report the results of tests with other cards and in the sandbox.
Thank you for your continued support.
