   Thank you 
   for your assistance.I had to use the process of elimination, disabling the plugins
   one after the other, turns out the litespeed cache plugin I installed was the
   issue.It has been rectified, thank you for your assistance.

 * Yes, I have done that.
 * I also tried copying the shortcode to test on another page I created as a demo
   checkout
    but I get the same response everytime I click on proceed to checkout“
   CHOOSE AN ITEM FROM THE MENU TO GET STARTED.”
