Tried to enable debugging through php.ini. Sadly only have limited access to the server. Only through FTP.

In reply to: [W3 Total Cache] Page Cache not working in W3 Total CacheThe problem is only related to W3 Total Cache. I just switch the CDN to Azure CDN and then continue to the CDN section and all I get is just an empty page without additional configuration option.
Seems like somehow I cannot get it running or configured out of W3 Total Cache.

That seems to work now. I guess I need to change this again the next time I install a new version?
Any help with Azure CDN and the blank configuration page I get?
