Thank you, I just experienced the same things and have spent the last two days trying to figure out what it is and how to fix it. Called my hosting company and sure enough, they said it is one of their addresses and they would get right on it.

Fatal Error: Cannot recover after last error. Any further errors will be ignored.

Also read, this line needs to be right after the <head>, otherwise IE doesn’t see it.
