Order note templates are meant for order notes only and not intended to be used for SMS or WhatsApp. The plugin does support custom php functions which you can use to get tracking information and notify customer via sms or whatsapp.
Please see “Developer” section in plugin settings to see list of available functions.
Regarding the shortcode [bt_shipping_tracking_form], you need to place the shortcode on any public facing page for it to work. The shortcode itself cannot create any public facing tracking page, that’s not how a shortcode works.

We always insist on posting support requests on this forum only. We never ask to call or whatsapp for support.
As far as i can see, your last message on whatsapp was on 11th aug, for which we provided you free custom code even when your requirement was out of scope of this plugin.
Finally, we are unable to provide support for your custom code requirements and spending hours for providing phone support is completely out of question.

As per our telephonic conversion, the problem was happening because of the non-existing custom order status (in-transit) being pushed by shiprocket via rest api.
Please note that this plugin does not change the order status apart from changing it to completed after shipment has been delivered (that too if its enabled in plugin settings).
I believe you must be able to fix the issue by defining the custom order status using a plugin like “Custom Order Status in woocommerce”.

Thank you for contacting support.
As per our telephonic discussion, the problem was because of clone of orders at shiprocket panel due the which the actual orders were not getting shipped, hence no tracking was being updated.
I hope you were able to solve the problem as per the resolution given on phone.

Customer tracking page can be easily created by putting the plugin’s shortcode on any page through page editor.
