Hi thanks for the answer, I made an screenshot where there are 2 products of my shop, at the end there is the word ”-Entrietec”. I did not filled in the word Entrietec, only the product name. I would like to remove it but don’t know where to look. I don’t know if it’s WordPress, WooCommerce or Rank Math.

Hi, thanks for your reply, I checked and the version is 9.8.5 and the problem is that if I want to change my shipping costs or put a new shipping zone for an extra country I can’t fill in the costs. its telling me ”10,70 is not a valid numeric value. Allowed characters are numbers, the thousand (.), and decimal (.) separators.” If I try 10.70 its not working also.

hi,

I have set everything up, and when I add the product to the shopping cart, VAT is added. But I sell in the Netherlands, and for products, the price must always be shown including VAT. Showing the price excluding VAT is also allowed but not required. How can I make sure the price is shown including VAT?

Hi Moses, thank you for your quick response. I have indeed entered the products excluding VAT and then set it with the option to display including VAT.
