I only have front page template in the editor but there’s no actual page assigned i do not know how to turn the template into an actual page to find it in pages tab.

Tried to reach out to support, but they told me they don’t know they are hardware/network experienced, not software. So i guess that’s my dead end.

They asked me to check if i disabled nginx caching in cpanel and it was disabled for 4 days ago and they verified if it truly was disabled as apparently Nginx is a reverse proxy caching system.
I updated the file.

“It’s disabled on admin side. That IP address doesn’t belong to our subnets and only proxy system we use is nginx which is definitely disabled on your account.”
What else could I do?

@qtwrk I’m on a shared hosting server, how can I check that? Sorry i’m not an expert at this.
I’m suspecting they might have disabled something in the server or something?
I tried to ask them to help me but they wouldn’t want to and said i shouldn’t use a cache plugin because it has litespeed server installed but it didn’t made sense since in cpanel when clicking on litespeed server it mentions the wordpress plugin.

The database of IPs is defo the cause. For example in Romania, it works because ISPs are the same, but countries like Belgium, France, Germany and Switzerland do not fully work. Tested it on different VPN servers w/ TunnelBear and PrivateVPN.
I wonder if with IP decoding service if it is safe with GDPR because it needs to connect online and potentially they can obtain more data than just an IP.
Aren’t there any ways to get a full database of IPs from ISPs that are from specific countries?

If you disabled it should be disabled.You can use http://www.redirect-checker.org/index.php
I typed my url as http://mysite.com . My final url is https://www.mysite.com/en/If the plugin is active in root mode you should see a comment like this:
Set-Cookie: wordpress_geo_redirect_once=1; expires=Sat, 29-Feb-2020 10:30:43 GMT;
