thanks for reaching me out. I do have the same Matomo version and same plugins installed at another instance without any issue.

When I activate the debug mode, I see:

Thanks for reaching me out. Unfortunately, I cannot access the Matomo section in the admin anymore. It displays the critical error:
“Es gab einen kritischen Fehler auf deiner Website. Bitte überprüfe den Posteingang deiner Website-Administrator-E-Mail-Adresse für weitere Anweisungen.Erfahre mehr über die Problembehandlung in WordPress.“
That code should go to the functions.php
I just checked it and it works. So no preload anymore.

Actually, I don’t even know if the website provider uses Windows or Linux, rather that I cannot run any scrips on the server.
There must be another solution. I don’t have that much traffic, as I have a blog but still more than a hundred per day of course.
