 * Any further development on this issue please? The problem is still not resolved
   and we have no where else to turn.

 * I am also having this problem. My images are not resizing on the main product
   page. The image if portrait is being chopped off at the bottom.
 * I have changed the setting to resize but it it not working.

 * Thank you for the reply, I have tried this a number of times but doesnt seem 
   to work.
