Hi Codepeople,
Thanks for your help, it turned out Autoptimize wasn’t needed as the site is on GoDaddy and they have their own caching plugin. So removing that may have helped, but we did get the Booster and everything works great now.
Hi Codepeople, thanks for your help. I have tested it in Chrome with Autoptimise deactivated and the calendar shows. I’ll try a different caching plugin.

I can’t find the video now, however, I ended up inserting the code into the Form tab like this: [file file-550 file-attachments filetypes:pdf|doc|docx limit:2mb] (without the slash and asterisk), then I put this Upload CV: [file-550] into the Mail tab, and finally (this was missing!) further down the Mail page, in the field called File Attachments (which is probably hidden, so scroll down, you add the short code again: [file-550].
Also, something I didn’t notice, even though I looked for it, there is a File button on the Form menu tab, click that to start inserting the file upload function. Again, this isn’t mentioned in the Contact Form 7 ‘How To’ page.
Hope you can do it now.

I have added: [file your-file filetypes:pdf|txt limit:2mb] in the Form tab and [your-file] in the Mail Tab. My test attachment is on 65km and goes through to wp-content/uploads/wpcf7_uploads, but my client doesn’t see it in his email client. Am I missing something?

There should be another sub-category to come first, called Altar Cloths, Linen and Lace. This comes before Altar frontals and has a blue altar cloth (Altar frontals is green).
Ref Category Count, I asked the client if he was absolutely sure that it used to show (87), he said it did and he sometimes sees the (87) number flash up before reverting to (1). But today, after running the Status Tools again, I am seeing (87) in Safari browser but it only shows 1 in Chrome where I am not logged in.

I have run through the Woocommerce Status Tools actions again and as before, the missing category re-appears, until I refresh the browser and will only show if I run the same process in a different browser. I deactivated Speed Optimiser and flushed the cache on the server, and the Setting flush.
But it reverts as soon as you navigate away from the page, as before.
The only thing left I have to tackle now is Jose’s suggestion which I will take a look into.
So no luck so far.
