It looks like a conflict. If you can get into cpanel, go to file manager and go to wp-content, plugins. You can add a letter before the name of each plugin which will deactivate it. Then see if your problem is solved on the frontend. If it is, go back to your plugins and remove the letter that you added from one at a time. I used a plugin to export all of the orders from the old site and imported them to the new site. Apparently, some order numbers were the same as post ids, so they were not imported. Is there any way to import them and preserve the numbers?
