I checked with the customer. He placed the order as a guest before registration, so the system didn’t link it to his account. I linked it to the customer and then it showed up in the frontend now. After linking the user account( among these linked orders, some placed before migration and some after), still some orders can’t link to a user account. Can you help solve it? first reply:_We’ve performed some tests and found that there appears to be an issue from our data center’s Canada region when connecting to the QUIC Cloud IP. I’ve escalated this matter to our infrastructure team, and they are currently investigating and working to resolve the issue._second reply:_Further checks suggest that the IP address 199.59.247.242 belongs to PlanetHoster.
