Update: I think I may have found a better plugin called Ignition Deck Enterprise which is $349 a year, has subscription based funding and can have user created campaigns, I’m not sure if the projects or campaigns if you will are permanent and you can create permanent account pages for seperate content creators? Although, even this is a little bit expensive on my budget, so I’m going to do some extra research and make sure I’m not being overcharged for something I could do myself very easily.

Update Update: Nope, looks like my original idea was better, WP Crowdfunding by itself looks like a much better option as the pro version is much cheaper with around $79 a year. To be honest, this plugin looks a lot more like a Indiegogo/ Kickstarter duplicate, however I think it still might work subscription-based evidence of a subscription based system in this plugin, however if nothing else is possible I think I would still be okay with single payment only.

Also from what I have seen a social network/ account system + payment + user submitted campaigns seems to be integrated into the plugin which is absolutely great so I don’t need to do any of the coding (for now until it gets out of the proof of concept stage).

Moreover, I’ve been doing some more research and I really like how WP Crowdfunding integrates with WooCommerce which means I can implement a rewards points system and such.

I’ll probably end up playing with the free version a bit in wordpress just to check it out and that it really works (it probably doesn’t) a month-ish from now and I’ll keep you guys updated with my progress/if or if not this was a complete deadend.
