It doesn’t belong here and in short order we now have 3 separate threads created about the same issue. * As for the complaint itself, I’d like to enlighten Gorbondanko. He purchased the $4 per month pro version. The steps are very typical of a licensed (encrypted) pro software. The problem he had was ; * 1. Overseas buyer (Thailand). 2. Incomplete buyer profile with false information. 3. Different emails for registering and payment. 4. Different names. * Now it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to work out that even 2 of the 4 issues above would immediately create a red flag for FRAUD, which is exactly what happened here and hence the auto release of the download and license was not triggered due to the fact the system flagged it. * I hope this will be of use to Gorbondanko in future purchases.
