 * Hi [@luis2220899](https://wordpress.org/support/users/luis2220899/)
 * Thanks for reaching out — I can see how this situation would be confusing.
 * It sounds like you’re trying to access the **wp-admin dashboard**, but you’re
   being blocked because of an outdated or inaccessible admin email address added
   by the previous site creator. Since WordPress dashboard login and user access
   are managed directly by the site’s hosting and WordPress installation, this part
   is actually **outside Jetpack’s scope of support**.
 * Here are a few suggestions that might help you move forward:
    -  via phpMyAdmin or functions.php.
    - You can also contact the site’s hosting provider — they may be able to help
      restore access or update the admin email for you.
 * Once you’re able to log into the WordPress dashboard, if Jetpack is still showing
   as connected to an old account, let us know — we’d be happy to help you get it
   properly reconnected to your account.
 * Hope this helps point you in the right direction!

 * Olá [@cardozoadvocacia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cardozoadvocacia/),
 * Parece que o Jetpack ainda está tentando se conectar com a URL antiga. Eu atualizei
   —Hi Alexandro,
 * It looks like Jetpack was still trying to connect using the old site address.
   I’ve updated the internal records to reflect the correct domain: `http://cardozoadvocacia.
   adv.br`.
 * To finish the update, I recommend disconnecting and reconnecting Jetpack on your
   site. This will ensure the new URL is fully synced across our services.
 * I also noticed that your site’s `xmlrpc.php` file is returning a 403 error when
   accessed in a browser. This file needs to be publicly accessible for Jetpack
   to work properly. [Please check with your hosting provider or firewall settings to make sure nothing is blocking access to that file](https://jetpack.com/support/jetpack-and-xml-rpc/).
 * Let me know if you need help with any of these steps!

 * Hi [@ronaldljohnson](https://wordpress.org/support/users/ronaldljohnson/)
 * Thanks for reaching out here, and I appreciate the detailed background!
 * I’ve gone ahead and removed _yottabytes.zettabytes.org_ from your `rljpdx` WordPress.
   com account, so it won’t appear in your list of sites anymore.
 * It may also be helpful to know that you have a second WordPress.com account under
   the username `ronaldljohnson`. That account currently holds a Jetpack Search
   Free subscription for _zettabytes.org_, in case you’re managing that site from
   both accounts.
 * I checked the Jetpack connection for your main publishing site under `rljpdx`,
   and everything looks great — the connection is healthy and syncing as expected.
 * If some posts still aren’t showing up in the Reader, a few things could be worth
   double-checking:
    - Are the missing posts definitely published as “Public” (not Private, Scheduled,
      or Password-Protected)?
    - Are they regular WordPress posts (not custom post types)?
    - Do they include anything that might trigger moderation, like excessive links
      or flagged terms?
 * If you’re still seeing delays, feel free to share a couple of links to posts
   that didn’t appear along with when you published them — I’d be happy to take
   a closer look!

 * Hi [@passegua](https://wordpress.org/support/users/passegua/)
 * Thanks for reaching out! That message usually means WordPress tried to run a
   scheduled task (`jetpack_sync_full_cron`) but it didn’t complete — often due
   to temporary server issues or hosting limits on cron jobs.
 * The good news is that your Jetpack connection looks great and syncing is working
   as expected, so this warning shouldn’t affect your site’s functionality.
 * If you’d like to try clearing the notice, you can:
    - Use the [WP Crontrol](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-crontrol/) plugin to
      run the `jetpack_sync_full_cron` task manually.
    - Disconnect and reconnect Jetpack: [https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/](https://jetpack.com/support/reconnecting-reinstalling-jetpack/)
 * Let us know if the warning sticks around or if you notice any other problems!

 * Hi [@orange775](https://wordpress.org/support/users/orange775/),
 * Thanks for the added details—and I really appreciate you already working with
   Bluehost and checking spam folders.
 * It sounds like the Jetpack form is working correctly in general (since it sends
   to Gmail), but the domain-based email isn’t receiving the messages. That typically
   means the emails are being sent but rejected or filtered by your domain’s mail
   server.
 * Here are a few things you can try:
   1. **Improve email deliverability with SMTP**
 * Using a plugin like [WP Mail SMTP](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-mail-smtp/)
   can help route your site’s emails through a proper SMTP service—either Bluehost’s
   own email server or a provider like Gmail, SendGrid, or Mailgun. This improves
   authentication and helps ensure delivery to your custom email address.
 * 2. **Double-check DNS records**
 * Ask Bluehost to confirm that your domain’s SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records are correctly
   configured. These DNS settings help mail servers verify that messages from your
   site are legitimate and not spoofed.
 * I also want to acknowledge your concerns about support. Jetpack’s free plan includes
   access to these community forums, and we do our best to respond—but support for
   free users is prioritized after our paid plan customers. If you ever upgrade
   to a paid Jetpack plan, you’ll get access to our priority email support.
 * That said, I’d still be happy to check our email logs to confirm whether Jetpack
   is sending the messages on our side. Just let me know the email address you’re
   trying to receive the form submissions at, and I’ll take a look.
   We also have
   an article here with more details about the above steps:[https://jetpack.com/resources/wordpress-contact-form-not-sending-email/](https://jetpack.com/resources/wordpress-contact-form-not-sending-email/)
 * Thanks again for your patience—we’re here to help.

 * Hi [@cardozoadvocacia](https://wordpress.org/support/users/cardozoadvocacia/),
 * Thanks again for your patience as you’ve been troubleshooting this.
 * The issue is that **Jetpack requires XML-RPC to be fully enabled and unrestricted**
   in order to work properly—including for connecting Social Media accounts. Unfortunately,
   any plugin that disables, restricts, or filters XML-RPC—**even with whitelist
   settings**—can still interfere with Jetpack’s connection.
 * To fix the problem, please follow these steps:
    1. **Uninstall all XML-RPC-blocking plugins**, including “Disable XML-RPC-API”
       or similar.
    2. Confirm your server is not blocking Jetpack’s access. Ask your host to allowlist
       these IP addresses if still needed:
       [Jetpack IP list](https://jetpack.com/support/how-to-add-jetpack-ips-allowlist/)
    3. Then, go to **Jetpack → Dashboard → Connection** and click **“Reconnect”** if
       prompted.
    4. Finally, try connecting your social media accounts again via Jetpack Social.
 * Let us know when that’s done—if you’re still seeing an error, we’ll be happy
   to take another look.

 * Hi [@oscarone](https://wordpress.org/support/users/oscarone/) ,
 * Thanks so much for reaching out — and for the kind words about the WordPress
   app! I’m really glad to hear it’s been working well for you until now.
 * That error message — _“This blog is hidden and couldn’t be loaded. Enable it
   again in settings…”_ — usually means the app isn’t able to fully connect to your
   site at the moment, but we can help get things sorted.
 * Could you let us know the address of the site you’re running into trouble with?
   A few other helpful details:
    - Has this site connected successfully with the app in the past?
    - Do you recall when the issue started?
    - Have there been any recent changes to the site — like plugin updates or changes
      to hosting settings?
 * Once we have that info, we’ll be happy to take a closer look.

 * Hi [@kablikis](https://wordpress.org/support/users/kablikis/)
 * Thanks for getting in touch!
 * It sounds like you were prompted with Jetpack’s Site Verification window when
   trying to access your site at [blikisdorf.ch](http://www.blikisdorf.ch). I’ve
   gone ahead and disabled that verification step for now, so you should be able
   to log in without seeing that message again.
 * On our end, your site is correctly connected to your Gmail address — `kablikis@gmail.
   com`. The older `kathrin@verygoodandproper.co.uk` address doesn’t appear anywhere
   in our system, so it could be that the address is tied to a local WordPress user
   account on your site itself (outside of Jetpack).
 * You can check or update that email by logging into your site’s WP Admin and heading
   to **Users > Profile** (or **Users > All Users** if you’re an admin).
 * Let me know if you need a hand with that or if you run into anything else!
