Just to let you know, I found a workaround for this. The embed URL from YouTube shorts basically needs to use ’embed’ in the URL instead of ‘shorts’, like the below:

I have tried to submit a form again and no luck, it just doesn’t send the form when I click submit. I have taken a screen shot but not sure how to send to you or attach to a message? I can not find the pre-sales form to try that instead either.
Can you manually create the ticket for me or just use this thread to help me please?
