So I googled some more, and found some people were having success with the WP-Mail-SMTP plugin. I installed that plugin, and in settings, I chose PHP instead of SMTP, and left the rest blank and it works! Only problem is that I cannot control the “from” address. It always wants to use [email protected]. But as long as I whitelist that email address, I should be fine!

In reply to: [Contact Form 7] From address is not pulling emailI might have actually figured out my problem. I had <email> instead of [<email>] so the form was just using the default email address of the email server.

In reply to: Full size images don't appearIn the interim between when I posted the question and you looked, we changed the read\Write permissions on the C:\Windows\Temp directory to “everyone”, and it appears to be working now. However, that doesn’t seem like the best, most secure answer to my problem.
