I’m moving to a new server. I found and deleted the actual Archive file, after downloading it, so its not clogging anything up. I have an older archive and I can see if that version has the same problem. I have not seen this issue with any of my other sites.
If I can reproduce the problem I will contact you.

OK delete from wp_wfConfig where name = ’emailedIssuesList’;
worked.
I’m having the fatal error with version 7.4.8 I will try the above fix in the database and report back.

Is there something I can show you to find out why its not completing the task? I just got out of school where I discovered your plugin and it has become an important tool in my tool box. I can’t imagine not using it.

Nevermind I found in the documentation that PHP 5.2 is the minimum. So that answers my question. thanks for the reply I didn’t see it as the page was open and not refreshed. I can’t believe that a commercial hosting service is running such old software.
that would cause issues because you would be duplicating data, and it would cause more trouble than it was worth.
Hi I’m having an error building a package on this site I’m going to be taking care of and rebuilding. I’m really not getting a specific error message just that there is one. I have been able to move the site to my servers the old fashioned way, by exporting and importing the database and just moving the files to my server.
On my server I have no problem creating an archive using Duplicator. So I did a bit more digging and found that the server running the original site is using php 4.0.8 and my servers are running php 5.4
Could this be why Duplicator is not working correctly on the original server? I’m using version 0.5
You’re welcome, I’ve been using it heavily, moving sites around backing them up building test sites and backing up sites, setting up basic sites with the basic plugins that I want to use to build sites for people. Duplicator is by far the most useful plugin that I have discovered and now use.
Yes be sure to download version 0.5.0 from the link supplied above. Its a better interface and works like a charm. seven posts above this one.
One last update. installed developer version on original server, activated Spider Video Player Version 1.4.8, Duplicator plugin worked like a charm to backup the site.

Ok I managed to make a duplicate of the site and install it on my server, and then install the new version 5 duplicator plugin. I then reactivated Spider Video Player Version 1.4.8 and clicked on the create new package and no gray screen. It created a new package.
It works. thank you.
