Waste of time, all they do with these responses is try and do damage control. The truth is coming out as more people are taking the time to expose the scam, lies and false advertizing used by Updraft. Beware and look elsewhere for a back up solution this is a serious money pit for newbies, who will only learn when they lose their WP install and waste their time.
Welcome to the world of Updraft, I had several similar experiences. But it appears WordPress who hosts these reviews is editing reviews, helping Updraft get away with their poor practices and dishonesty, I suggest you post your experiences to other review sites to warn others who fall for these overpriced, poorly designed pulgins.
