I did message the author as well, and I’m waiting for a response. Sometimes the community is much better/faster at getting to the bottom of issues, though.

In reply to: Widget title refuses to change size (in Twenty Eleven)Is it possible that this is a Chrome issue? Could it possibly be reading the CSS differently? In Safari and Mozilla it looks the way I want it to, but no matter how many times I delete my cache in Chrome it’s stubbornly unchanged.
It’s making me want to pull my hair out.
I’ve decided to take a different approach. Thanks anyway everyone!
