    Thank you very much for your answer, I could already solve it.

    Finally the problem was that for some reason the final order page had broken, the solution I took was to re-generate that page.

    Hi, I am not using any additional plugins. Just woocommerce and the Redsys WooCommerce plugin to be able to use the virtual POS.

    Gracias por su respuesta.

    Ya he realizado esas acciones, he creado un alojamiento de pruebas en el que he hecho todo tipo de test. Desde lo que indica, hasta vaciar la página web al completo y dejar tan solo una página de cortesía, y la web sigue funcionando igual de lenta.

    Tan solo consigo que cargue bien cuando activo el tema por defecto de wordpress, pero desde el desarrollador del theme (divi) me indican que no es problema del su theme, si no del alojamiento, ya que el problema viene en la respuesta del servidor y después la web carga sin problema.

    Pero mi proveedor me responde lo siguiente: el tiempo de respuesta “TTFB” no solo incluye el tiempo de transición entre la primera conexión, si no que ademas carga recursos mediante el uso de los protocolos HTTP/2 y me deriva a la auditoría de gtmetrix.
