In reply to: [Membership 2] registering before payingYou spotted my email thread?!! mmhh, weird cause I still haven’t managed to send an email via the support. I have been exchanging emails via the billing account though.
And so far the answers I’ve had on that was to update to full version. Still haven’t had an answer on fixing the move/drop.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Membership 2] registering before payingI’m trying to send a support email to WPMU as a member but it doesn’t work. Everytime I hit “send” it sends me to the top of the window without any error message or anything and email isn’t sent.
so I need your help.
The drop and move still aren’t working. So I have a member who is marked as committee but isn’t but I can’t change him.Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Membership 2] registering before payingHey,
Yes and no.
What I did is I deleted the “committee” subscription so ended up with only one: “join the ADA”. Since then it’s been fine.
I just got the full plugin version, I have to implement different levels and subscriptions with it, so hopefully it will all be fine.

In reply to: [Membership 2] individual length of membershipHow can I go about updating the database directly?

In reply to: [Membership 2] individual length of membershipI can set up each subscription that amount of day/weeks etc, but can I choose it for each individual members?
The reason of this is, I am building a new website for an existing database. Therefore we have members that need to be added manually because they already paid. However, their membership still need to expire at some point. How can I go about doing this. Going into a member’s profile and change the “level expires” section?

In reply to: [Membership 2] registering before payingmembership>all members
List of members shows up.
I choose one, under “subscriptions” it says “committee” and under “membership level” it says committee.
I’ve tried clicking on “drop”.
option offered is “select the subscription to remove” but it doesn’t offer anything under that.
I’ve tried “move”.
“select the subscription to move from” (no option so left empty)
“select the level to move to” (I choose Join the ADA)Nothing happens.
Am I doing something wrong?

In reply to: [Membership 2] registering before payingAdd adds a subscription, it doesn’t cancel the other one. I want to drop the subscription but it won’t let me.
i tried to buy plugin but had payment issues. Emailed billing department.
I really hope this can be fixed once I’ve bought it cause if not, I’ll be very disappointed. Already am to be honest. It really shouldn’t be THAT complicated and THAT long to deal with.

In reply to: [Membership 2] registering before payingOh and how about the answer to why i can’t change the subscription or level to current members please?

In reply to: [Membership 2] registering before payingI see.
What about the rest of the problems? You haven’t told me if it would help for me to give you an admin access so it’s easier for you to see the settings.Forum: Plugins

In reply to: [Buddypress Xprofile Custom Fields Type] restoring deleted fieldsmmmhhh ok, I’ll look into this further.
Could it have been just the default buddypress ones I deleted then, and not the wordpress ones?Actually that’s probably what it is.
But in that case, there is something I don’t know how to do and you might know. The default WP first name and last name or even email, that we fill up during registration. How can I go about displaying them in the personal info primary group in buddypress?

In reply to: [Buddypress Xprofile Custom Fields Type] restoring deleted fieldsJust by clicking on delete in the profile fields section

In reply to: [Membership 2] registering before payingToday I discovered something. I was trying to move a “committee” subscription to a “paid member” one but although no refusal message, it just won’t take the change. Why is that?
And while I was trying to do that, I did manage to change the gateway of that member from admin to paypal express (which is the only active gateway anyway). In the field “where to move from” it was written “admin (default gateway)”. This could be the source of the problem. But I can’t find anywhere where to change the default gateway.
I need more subscriptions/levels and am about to buy the full version of the plugin but before I do that, I really need to make sure those problems can be solved/controlled.

In reply to: [Membership 2] registering before payingI understand that.
Would it be easier if I just gave you an admin access to the back end?
