 * Hello,
 * I’m no professional but I think I found the problem.
    As [@brainstormforce](https://wordpress.org/support/users/brainstormforce/)
   said Freshdesk updated their API. It seems that a timestamp is now needed.

 * I now try to adopt this example and test it!
