 * Having the same problem on a few sites, have swapped theme to default WordPress
   and disabled all plugins and caching apart from Smush and the box won’t go away.
   
   Edit: To add to this, just installed on a new site, went through the setup options
   then immediately the popup appears and won’t go away so looks like a bug in the
   plugin.
