The problem is still there and apparently the best way to resolve it is to delete The Event Calendar and install another plugin. It looks like this problem is known from a long time on your end…

Any other options?

Thank you for you reply.

This issue affects all visitors, including non-logged-in users, on all English pages (/en/). It is not related to user language settings. The problem is caused by The Events Calendar calling flush_rewrite_rules() excessively, which overwrites the .htaccess file and breaks WPML’s URL routing for the secondary language. We have already tried all the workarounds in your WPML knowledgebase article. Please escalate this to a developer.
