I search more and this problem seems to start with version 0.19.
Version 0.18 works very well with Matrix
It doesn’t affect existant Matrix Quiz only new ones…

I have modified the permalink settings once to set default config, saved –> it was ok
I have modified another time the permalink settings to set structure as it was first –> /index.php/%category%/%postname%/ –> and all is OK now !
