Although this plugin generates the content needed to *show* your Facebook albums, the photos themselves still reside on Facebook’s servers – which can be pretty unreliable at times. If some of your images won’t come up, login to Facebook directly and see if those same images are working. My bet is they’re not.As you can see the data is only linked and is loaded from Facebook CDN directly.

CloudFront is just delivering S3 content from edge locations. You will not be able to let CloudFront deliver files from your local systemThat works! THANK YOU very much!!!

Is it possible that there are problems if you follow the linked tutorial by otto and “install” the domain_mapping.php into “mu-plugins/”?
I solved the problem for me with the development version (0.5.4.2) which is currently the release version also.
The “Development Version” is not the same as the “Current Version” (0.5.4.2).Backup all files associated with domain mapping!
Overwrite with “Development Version” files.
ALL!:
wp-content/sunrise.php
wp-content/mu-plugins/domain_mapping.php
wp-content/languages/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping.pot (no changes here, but no harm in making sure)For me it did the trick
