 * Thanks for your help again.
 * I was actually able to resolve this – I had turned on ‘minify’ CSS with TotalCache.
   I switched it off and cancelled emails all started working!
 * To answer your Q though – I had previously manually overridden the CSS and the
   system had worked fine.
