You can change site url by following 4 method:
BY editing the Edit wp-config.php, Edit functions.php, Relocate method, Changing the URL directly in the database.

This is plugin specific issue. As you using the elementor to build your page. then you must contact elementor support forum. If you’re using the free version of elementor then this issue is very common. I also face many issue in free version. But pro version worked well.
