I understand where you’re coming from and I’m sorry my review read as such.
My review states the problem I had (which I found elsewhere in the forum with the same result I received), and the only response I received. I waited 3+ weeks for the developer to respond to my updated post in this thread. I was directed to this support forum since my organization is not a paying contributor to the plugin, something we considered doing after it was working for us.
I will consider rewording my review, but I have uninstalled the plugin and will be using something else. It’s a shame, too. It’s a nice plugin and was packaged with a theme I purchased.
Thank you,
ChrisI decided to leave a one-star review since I will obviously not receive an answer. My review was simply that… a REVIEW that included the information as to WHY I gave it a one-star review instead of higher. I received the following notification:

Jan Dembowski wrote:@chzeman I have removed your review and flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work. Please do not use the review section for support.
##########I’m sorry you feel that my review was intended as a support post, Jan. It was NOT. It was to inform others of the problem I have with the plugin and that I received no support for it. I stated that in my review.
We were considering subscribing to the plugin if and when it performed for us. The developer obviously doesn’t care.
Thank you,
ChrisHas anyone else seen this behavior?
Cache settings seem fine, however the following errors were pointed out to me. Hopefully it will be a clue. Like I said, refreshing the page “fixes” it.
