    So i shoudl include and between the scales…even though the scales are not really related? Meaning, Depression, Anxiety and Stress and all measured seperately.

    here are the formalae i built in per

    Normal = depression <= 4 anxiety <= 3 stress <= 7
    Mild = depression => 5 AND depression <= 6 anxiety => 4 AND anxiety <= 5 stress => 8 AND stress <= 9
    moderate= depression => 7 AND depression => 10 anxiety => 6 AND anxiety <= 7 stress => 10 AND stress <= 12
    Somewhat severe = depression => 11 AND depression <= 13 anxiety => 8 AND anxiety <= 9 stress => 13 AND stress <= 16
    Exremely severe=depression => 14 anxiety => 10 stress => 17

    Hi there,

    yes…the scales are Depression, Anxiety and Stress…

    and the results are Normal, Mild, Moderate, somewhat severe, extremely severe…

    So I need the results in each scale to be assigned an individual result.

    Depression = Normal
    Anxiety – Somewhat Severe
    Stress = Extremely severe

    Also…i went to the link on results graphics…could not make out the answer in there… Would you be open to building some custom results pages?

    Thanks
