We got the dynamic content working between this plugin and Elementor with the paid plugin “Dynamic Content for Elementor”
In order for this work with Elementor, you will need to build an extension that registers a Dynamic tag with with Elementor for the ACF RGBA field. I would suggest that the author update the plugin page about the compatibility with Elementor’s dynamic tags.

It appears that the view for the dynamic list only sees field types with the name [color-picker], where this plugin uses the name [extended-color-picker]. You can test this by adding both a Color Picker and a RGBA Color picker to a group, you will only see the key for the Color Picker.
