Thanks for the quick reply. I have had my channel previously connected but nothing recent was connecting so I actually de-activated/uninstalled the plug and then installed/activated it again and so now I don’t think the details will be in there. I’m then looking at uploading this .papi file – or – entering things in manually in a blank window. Our channel has been approved by Apple and items are already populating, I just need to fix this.

I’m just not a coder so this is proving a bit of a challenge to get right.

In terms of sections, they were there but upon this re-install, it just says “Unable to fetch a list of sections” now. I find the instructions and coding a bit cumbersome but I can give it another try. No chance you know someone (you?) who could help me with this if I pass along my Chanel and Key ID and secrete key do you?

Updated everything and still nothing! Ugh

Apparently from our developer it will take a while since we have a lot of plugins. I’m wondering if it may have to do with a plugin we have called Bannerize – as it’s given us nothing but trouble. We do need a plugin like that though – just not sure of any viable alternatives.

Our site is wedluxe.com – is it loading slowly on the front-end for you? So so so so so slow in here on our backed w/ multiple users logged in. It’s taking my designer 30 mins to upload 3 pics each at about 300-400kbs in size… :S

Thanks for your reply – I’ll definitely hammer home this multiple login issue with the staff this am. Hopefully with us all logged in w our separate UNs and PWs can solve this.

As for our host, we are on a dedicated server with WP Engine and pay $600/mo so I would hope this isn’t an issue. Also not “getting what I pay for” at this rate definitely! At work we’re also all hard-wired into a fibre optic Internet connection with ~90mbps up and down speeds…so while editing, this shouldn’t be a problem at all either…

Clearing the cache seems to have worked but now I can’t seem to get in with the password I used to use. Is there anyway through ftp that I can login and change that, or even through cpanel? I just can’t get in to edit anything and the password reminder isn’t working – keeps sending me an email saying things were reset but never goes through. Argh!
